KEEPER VS 1PASSWORD TEAMS WINDOWS
WTF? Also what is a major PITA is lets say you use Edge, Chrome, Firefox and the windows desktop app. We keep being told over and over I've never seen this and some auto approval program is going to be released next month. Setup the users account and then I could turn everything back on. Finally I turned off every feature, check, whatever you call it. I have a week of back n forth emails with the sales engineer and NO solution. During onboarding we setup SSO for our MSP and one of our guys could not get logged into his account for the first time. So lets say you are a MSP with 5 employees then you need 6 licenses. You have to create a master MSP account with no SSO and then create the MSP company with the employees and SSO. MyKi looks like the favorite but there is no web interface and the desktop app has issues. After talking to Bitwarden we have to ask about billing.

We have to work out the stayed login / log out issues but we still like the solution. If we do go with them we will turn off SSO and go with DUO to authenticate onto the account. SSO login with Keeper seems like a no go for the MSP. It seems like they are just a dead company that is not being developed. The lack of OTP autofill, the desktop and mobile app is a deal breaker. Say you have 50 customers that means you get 50 charges on your credit card. No unified billing and no pasting of OTP codes. Per the comments on this thread we gave Bitwarden a call and its a hard stop deal beaker. I don't think any of the solutions is going to offer PSA billing integration. Its down to MyKi & Keeper and we have meetings with both companies to try and iron out the issues. UPDATE: We have spent the last few weeks reviewing everything and I wanted to provide a public service on what we have learned. It does have SSO, security audits and dark web monitoring. It seems that all of the heavy lifting has to be done in the website interface. Have comments out on product issues like autofill OTP doesn't work, limited access on the windows desktop app and mobile app. Lastpass : Support and billing goes through Pax8.
KEEPER VS 1PASSWORD TEAMS PASSWORD
I like that it has a password audit and breach watch. Its not too buggy and seems to work well. Keeper : We tried to do SSO with them and it caused us a lot of problems, not sure if we are going to do that for end users. I do like how your passwords do not exist on some server, only the devices you own, this is a security plus. Also does not have folders to organize passwords. Does not seem to offer Security Audits or Breach watch. The only complaint is that its more complicated to setup OTP compared to other solutions and end user password sharing / security is a PITA. The solution has to be multi tenant and all 3 of these are in the $3 price range, month to month pricing and no minimums. For those who have made a choice between these 3 password managers I would like to know what swayed your decision? We are looking for a password manager to use internally and to bundle it with our managed services.
